Meet The Team
Robert St.Laurent (Bob), a Quebec native, also certified in CPR and First Aid, is our chief technician. In this role, Bob is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Marina and boat yard. His other responsibilities include gas quality control and provision, boat and dive equipment maintenance, client relations, and administrative assistance at Marina Blue Haiti. Bob is a boat and motor keen. He speaks french, creole and has working knowledge in English.

Robens Pierre-Antoine, a native of Montrouis, who is also certified in CPR, is the Seahawk's Captain. He helps ensembling/ desembling dive equipment between dives and hosting boat excursions. Robens also assists in the Dive & Excursion Center and with providing water sports to Moulin Sur Mer Beach Resort clients. Robens is a skilled Volley Ball and soccer player. Robens speaks French, Creole and English.

Acène, a native of Montrouis, helps keep boats and yard clean at all times. Has been an skilled fishermen for many years and will assist you in all of your fishing trips with Marina Blue for that great "Catch of the Day". He also assists in the dive & excursion Center at Marina Blue Haiti.

Dive & Excursion Manager
Alek is responsible for running the dive operation and excursions at Marina Blue and also be the marketing link for Travel operators and other suppliers. His role is to develop nautical sports and become a multiadventure center reference in Haiti and the Caribbean. He is a PADI certified divemaster, as well in CPR and EFR. He is also a RYA certified Skipper, an avid Surfer and holds a Masters in Marketing specialised in tourism´s consumer behaviour.
Speaks French, English, Creole, Spanish and advanced working knowledge in Portuguese.
Bill Ayaday
Course Leader & PADI Instructor
Bill, a native from Quebec, is a PADI Diving instructor since 2012 and has certified and helped to certified more than 200 divers in his career. Holds a PHD in Astrophysics and Masters in Engeniering and project management. Bill enjoys Scuba diving, playing Hockey or Soccer and has a very friendly personality. Along with his license, he is also a certified EFR instructor. He provides courses from Open Water to Divemaster. Speaks French and English.
Ron Gant
Jets Ski Haiti Head director
Ron Gantt an Atlanta, GA USA native and former US Marine. Armed with a very clear vision to offer extreme water-sports. He is the head of Jets Ski Haiti, the partner Jets ski division for Marina Blue Haiti. Ron and his team are passionate to see his customers enjoy the sea. Ron speaks English and has working knowledge in Hatian Kreyol.
